Young Entrepreneurship & Business Start-Up Programme
Build ideas that change the world.
Overview
Founder Lab introduces young people to the exciting world of entrepreneurship. Students will identify real-world problems, generate innovative ideas and learn how successful businesses are built from the ground up. Throughout the programme, they'll develop the mindset, creativity and confidence needed to think like an entrepreneur.
Students will learn:
What makes a successful entrepreneur
Identifying problems and business opportunities
Idea generation and validation
Creating products and services
Business models
Branding fundamentals
Pricing and budgeting
Customer research
Marketing basics
Pitching and presentation skills
Final Project
Each student will launch their own business idea and present it at Founder Pitch Day, where they'll pitch to a panel of judges.

Branding, Marketing & Digital Design Programme
Design brands people remember.
Overview
Every successful business starts with a memorable brand. Students will learn how brands are created, marketed and recognised around the world while exploring the psychology behind successful design and advertising.
Students will learn:
Brand identity
Logo design
Colour psychology
Typography
Brand storytelling
Marketing strategy
Social media marketing
Advertising campaigns
Packaging design
Canva and digital design
Customer experience
Final Project
Students will either rebrand an existing company or create a completely new brand, producing a professional brand identity and advertising campaign.
Smart Money Lab
Financial Literacy & Money Management Programme

Overview
Smart Money Lab equips young people with the essential money management skills they need for life. Through engaging activities, real-world scenarios and practical challenges, students will develop the confidence to make informed financial decisions, understand how money works and build healthy financial habits from an early age.
Throughout the programme, students will discover that financial success isn't just about earning money it's about managing it wisely.
Students will learn:
The value of money and developing a healthy money mindset
Needs vs wants and making smart spending decisions
Budgeting and managing money effectively
Saving strategies and setting financial goals
Understanding banks and different types of bank accounts
How debit cards, credit cards and digital payments work
Earning money through entrepreneurship and employment
Introduction to investing and compound growth
Understanding taxes in a simple and age-appropriate way
Understanding debt, borrowing and responsible credit
Financial scams and staying safe online
Creating a personal financial plan for the future
Final Project
Each student will create their own Smart Money Blueprint a personalised financial plan that includes a monthly budget, savings goals, spending strategy and future financial ambitions.
To celebrate the end of the programme, students will also take part in the Smart Money Challenge, where they'll apply everything they've learned to solve realistic financial scenarios and present their solutions to parents and invited guests.
